For an additional fee we offer comprehensive well analysis services.

• We offer 2 different types of water analysis. we offer immediate result onsite testing for things such as nitrites, nitrates, copper, lead, arsenic, etc. We also offer testing performed by a licensed offsite laboratory, which includes coliform bacteria, nitrates, and nitrites, etc.

• We perform static and dynamic pressure testing of your well pump.

• We also determine the flow rate of your well pump.

• We determine location of the well in order to ensure it is properly distanced from property lines and onsite waste water disposal systems.

For an additional fee we will evaluate your onsite waste Water system.

• We will locate the septic tank.

• Probe the septic field to determine it's proximity to trees, buildings, ditches, rivers, lakes, or any other concerns.

• Perform a dye and flow test to check for leaks, field saturation, or any other potential hazards.

We offer many different types of quick check environmental testing. Not all of these tests give immediate results. Some tests require samples to be sent to third party labs for analysis.

• Radon Testing - We use 2 short term charcoal test kits. Please allow 7 to 10 days for testing and laboratory analysis.

• Lead Testing - We use surface test swabs which give an immediate indication of lead on painted surfaces as well as exposed plumbing.

• Mold Testing - We use 3 mold detection kits to evaluate the basement or crawlspace, attic, and HVAC system. Please allow 7 to 10 days for testing and laboratory analysis.

We offer a visual inspection of the property for wood destroying insects such as termites, carpenter ants, and powder post beetles etc.

We offer analysis of your pool or spa. We check all accessible plumbing, as well as the operation of the pump and filter. We cycle the pump to ensure it is in proper working order. We do not however, test pool or spa water quality.
